Production for this installment of Christmas in the Fridge began in December of 2020 and dragged on all the way until February 7th 2021 due to numerous hardware malfunctions, user error, general indecisiveness and a handful of unfortunate incidents of taping over “things I didn’t mean to”. The machine I use to make these albums is dying. I have gotten an unbelievable amount of hours out of it and I’m getting better at predicting and dodging it’s malfunctions, but the fact that this album exists at all is a testament to both my stubbornness and level of commitment to the Christmas in the Fridge tradition. It’s always exciting for me to watch these albums take on a life of their own as more and more tracks are completed. I hope you enjoy this illusion as much as I enjoyed coming up with it. I am not out of ideas and in fact have many, many more pouring out of BOTH of my sleeves. They are spilling out everywhere; all the time. Stay #1.
